Product Filter HighQ Collaborate
Product Area Filter General

Collaborate supports most modern browsers and mobile devices, as described below.  There may be slight variations in the user interface and capabilities on different devices and browsers.

Browser Support

HighQ supports the latest versions of most major browsers including the latest version of Edge on Windows, the latest two versions of Chrome and Firefox on Windows and macOS, the latest two major versions of Safari on macOS and iOS, and the latest version of Chrome on iOS and Android.

The best experience will be in the latest versions of Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

  • Android Nexus - 8.1 (Oreo) is also officially supported
  • iPad stable versions are iOS10 and iOS11.4
  • Versions upwards of IE10 are supported as are the latest two major versions of Chrome (67.0.3396.87), Firefox (60.0.2) and Mac/Safari (10.13.4 Sierra).

Responsive mobile devices and desktop browsers have a minimum screen width of 320 pixels.

Please note that since Microsoft has removed support for Internet Explorer, HighQ has deprecated support for IE10 and IE11 browsers from June 2022. This does not mean that they will immediately stop working, but that they are not tested and errors raised against these browsers will not be fixed.

OS Support

  • Windows 10
  • The latest two versions of Mac OS X are supported
  • The latest two versions of iOS are fully supported
  • Android 8.0 Oreo is the officially supported version (running Chrome for Android)
