Add content to your Favourites

Product Filter HighQ Collaborate
Product Area Filter General

Users can mark all types of site content as a Favourite, including: files, folders, wiki pages, blog posts, individual tasks and a list of tasks, events and iSheet views. Your favourites can be accessed from the Favourites menu in the righthand side of the Top Navigation Bar.

Adding and Removing Favourites

Here is an example of how to create a favourite - using Sites as an example. From the Recent tab, view your list of accessible sites:

  • To mark a Site as a favourite, click the star icon. The star will change to yellow.
  • An item that is marked with the yellow star icon is already a favourite. To remove an item from the favourites, click on the yellow star icon.

Accessing Favourites

Collaborate makes it easy to tag almost any piece of content as a favourite, but this capability is only useful if those favourites can be quickly accessed later. To access your favourites, click Favourites located on the far right of the Top Navigation Bar:

Within the menu users can view their favourites or their recently viewed content via the two tabs available.

The type of content that has been favourited is indicated by a content icon to the left. This includes different types of files (PDF files, Word documents, etc.) and different types of Collaborate content (wiki pages, blog posts, tasks, events, etc.).

A quick way to filter list of favourites is to entering text into Search field. Using the same autosuggest feature found throughout the platform, any favourites with a title that matches the characters entered will be displayed:

View All Favourites

Only up to nine favourites will be shown in the popup list from the Top Navigation Bar. To view all favourites, click See all favourites:

To display all your favourites within a modal window:
