This section contains your profile image, which is displayed throughout the system (on the system bar, contacts panels, author/publishing content and various other areas).

To access your profile view, click the profile icon in the top right hand of the screen, and click My profile:

This displays your profile, but please note that there are two different profile views;

Summary

The summary displays basic user information including Name, Organisation, Location, Email Address, Avatar, Organisation Logo (if added to the organisation record) and Recent activity:

Full profile

As the name suggests, the full profile shows all the user information that is stored in the system; including the information described in the Summary.

The Full profile also displays the user's phone number and office address, including a map. It also contains the following sections, provided that they have been completed: About me, Social information, Messaging information, Links and Secretary information.

Editing your profile

To edit your profile, while viewing it, click Edit profile:

The Edit profile screen is displayed:

You can edit all of your details relating to your contact information, about me section, social information, messaging section and social media links.

To switch between these sections, scroll down the page, or click the desired section header in the Edit details screen:

Click Save to save your changes.
