In order to search the Content Hub in Publisher, first, you need to navigate to the Content Hub (if you do not have the appropriate permissions to do so, please contact HighQ Support). Click either your profile dropdown menu, or Admin > Content Hub:

The Content Hub will be displayed:

Within the Content Hub, the Quick search items search box and options enables you to filter all content by specific items for quick and easy access

Here, you can filter by Status, Modules and Authors.
Status allows you to filter the content based on the status of the pubication:
- Published - This is content that has been published on the system and therefore visible to the end user
- Draft - This content has been drafted and saved to be accessed at a later date. This is not visible to the end user
- Submitted for approval - The editor has written the content and has submitted it to be approved by an approver. Once approved, the content will be published, but if it is not approved, it is rejected and not visible
- Pending my approval - This content is awaiting the approver (you) to approve it. Once approved, the content will be published, but if it is not approved, it is rejected and not visible
- Referred content - Referred content allows editors of a specific module to make content items available to editors of other products
- Rejected - The approver of the publication has rejected or decided that this content is not ready for publishing
- Awaiting publication - This content is waiting for the set time and date of which the publication is due to be published
- Unsent email alert - This content is when the "include by email notification" checkbox has not been ticked by a content editor and will not appear in the daily/weekly/monthly preference email alert
- Archived - This is content that has been removed or archived from the system and is not visible to the end user
Modules enable you to select content from a specific module that has been created in the system.
Authors allows you to select content from a particular author within the system.
Please note that you will not be able to find your name on the list as above the dropdown is a selection that is My Content, which contains all of your specific content
