- A single log-in and base URL across the platform allows users to navigate seamlessly between personalised knowledge content and matter collaboration workspaces with a consistent user experience
- Unified search enables users to search across all content with a single query, allowing them to find the content they need from the channels and workspaces they have access to:

Key points of unified user profiles and search
- This will only work as a 1:1 relationship, meaning there is a single master Collaborate with a single slave Publisher, and there is no Collaborate to Collaborate user profile synchronisation yet
- You can administer the same users, groups and organisations in either Publisher or Collaborate
- Roles are separate
- You must have both Collaborate v5.0 and Publisher v5.0
- Clusters cannot be undone once they are set up
- You can migrate existing Collaborate users across to Publisher
- Unified user profiles and search is optional
