Once you have created, permissioned and configured your System Dashboards, you can add them to your global navigation bar, for easy access.

Adding System dashboards to your global navigation will enable you to quickly access multiple dashboards that you have access to.
Adding a System Dashboard to your global navigation
To add the system dashboard to your global navigation, click on your profile drop down menu, and click System admin:
The System Admin screen is displayed. Within the System Admin screen, navigate to Global navigation, and click:
The Global navigation screen is displayed:
Within the Global navigation screen, ensure Global navigation is on. Click Add > Menu item:
The Add menu item is displayed:
The Add menu item has 5 tabs:
List - Here, you can enter the List Title, the List type, the Category and the number of columns
Browse - Here, you can select System dashboards and then select the system dashboard you want to link to
External - Here, you can link to an external site
Custom - Here, you can set up a custom container
Search - Here, you can search within your site

Once you have selected the System dashboard within the Browse tab, it will be added to the list within the global navigation screen:
Here, you can click the arrows to drag and drop where your new button will be displayed within the global navigation.
Additionally, you can click More actions:
And either Edit the details or Delete your new custom navigation button.
Editing details
Editing the details will enable you to change the Title and Tooltip:
And add any Custom CSS:
Click Save to save these changes.
Once you have finished, you can either Preview what your global navigation will look like, or Save your changes.
Once saved, your new button within the global navigation will be displayed:
Please note that all permissions set against your dashboard will be respected
