HighQ has partnered with Eigen to allow users to automatically push documents from HighQ into the Eigen AI for data extraction, and then store the enriched data in AI Hub for use in the iSheets modules.
Eigen needs to be enabled at ASP level - please contact HighQ Support to request this. Once this has been done, the option is visible in AI Hub at System Level and can be configured.
Enabling Eigen at System level
This needs to be completed by someone with a System Admin role.
To use the Eigen AI, a system administrator must first enable it at the system level. Navigate to your Profile > System admin > System settings:
The System settings screen is displayed:
Scroll down to AI Hub services configuration:
Eigen is not yet available as an authorised AI Hub; click on More Actions and then choose Configure. You now need to authorise Eigen as a document analysis engine.
You should enter your instance URL, and then your Eigen username and password to test the connection to Eigen.
When adding the instance url you do not need to include / at the end.
These credentials will not be shared or saved anywhere once the connection has been tested.
Please also read and agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box.
These extra terms and conditions must be accepted, as you must acknowledge that some data will be leaving HighQ.
Click Test.
A message will display to confirm if the test was successful. Click Accept and Save.
If you receive error messages when you first authorise Eigen (e.g. 'URL not valid'), please contact the Eigen support team to check that they have whitelisted the HighQ IP addresses, to ensure that the AI Hub can reach your Eigen application. The HighQ support team can help with this if required.
Enable the AI service for sites
The AI service must be enabled so that each site may be configured to use it.
Scroll down to AI Hub services configuration.
Click the Eigen drop-down and change Disabled to Enabled, default off in every site:
This enables the engine for your instance, but leaves it switched off at the site level. This allows you to have more control over which files from which site are sent to which AI engine.
Click Save to save your changes.
Enabling Eigen at Site level
To switch the engine on at the site level, navigate to your site and click Admin > AI Hub > Configure:
Scroll down to AI Hub services configuration and turn on the Eigen AI:
Click the drop-down and select ON to enable the engine for your site and click Save at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Assign the Eigen AI engine to a folder
To use Eigen, you need to manage this at the Folder level. Go to Files and select More Actions for the folder where you want to use Eigen. Click on Edit Details and then choose the Settings tab. Scroll down to AI Hub configuration.
In the AI Hub configuration section, click Select. The Manage AI Hub screen is displayed.
Select the checkbox in the Eigen section and then click Save. The Eigen AI will now be selected in the Settings tab:
Click More actions and then Manage.
Select the particular project in Eigen that you want to run against the files in the folder. Every new file that is added to this folder will then be processed by Eigen.
Click Save to save your changes to the folder. The Eigen AI is now assigned to the folder.
From this screen, you can also Re-analyse files (send them back over to Eigen), which may incur a charge. You can also request a refresh of the AI data, which will ask Eigen for all the latest extracted information on the files, and push this up-to-date information into the iSheet.
