Enable AI translation with Azure

AI translation with Microsoft Azure can be switched on at the System Level.

This needs a user with a System Admin role. From your profile image go to System Admin and then choose System Settings

In System Settings, scroll down to the AI Hub services configuration section. At the bottom of this section, ensure that the Enable AI translation with Azure option is ON

English versions of clauses will automatically be extracted from non-English contracts using HighQ AI data.

The translated text does not replace the original file - it is only used within the HighQ AI analysis process.  

For example, in the Files module, you will see the multi-language document at the top. Because AI translation with Azure was enabled the document has been translated and recognised as an Employment Contract with an English Classifier. 

The classification displays as unknown if the system cannot perform an AI translation.
