Overview of the report
This report enables the user to view all user reports including all relevant metadata.
Running the report
Navigate to System administration > Audits and reporting > User report to display the User report screen:
Please note, that as of our June 2023 release, we have introduced new filters to the user report, reducing the time taken to download the initial report and allowing for more tailored results

As of our June 2023 release, you can now filter by Status, Organisation or Group.
To filter by Status, click the Status drop down and select either Active, Archived or Disabled.
Additionally, you can exclude internal organisations by selecting the Exclude Internal Organisation check box.
Finally, you can search for organisations or groups to filter on by using the Organisation or group search box. You can also bulk add organisations or groups via Bulk add.
Downloading via XLSX
We have the ability to download the results of the User Report as an xlsx format.
Click Download to Excel. The Export screen will be displayed:

Here you can select either XLSX or XLS. Click Export to export the data.
There are no fields or options for this report. You need to click Download to excel to view the information available, which includes:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Contact ID
- Job title
- Date user was created
- Last login date
- Organisation name
- Organisation category
- City
- Country
- Region
- Practice area
- Department
- Email type
- Status of user
- Date that the invitation was sent
- Date that the user was last modified
- Exception domain
- Each module and if the user has access to the module
The delimiter of this report can now be changed to either Comma, Colon, Semi Colon or Pipe. To change this, please contact HighQ support. Once this has been changed to your preference, when you run a report, the information will be separated via the method chosen, e.g. semi colon:
