The Workflow history audit allows you to search through historical workflow activity and also test workflow rules without searching for the automated outputs.
Accessing the workflow audit history
To access the workflow audit history, navigate to Site admin > Workflow > Audit History:

Running the report
The Audit history report enables you to run a report between a set date range, on all or a specific workflow and rules, and all or chosen actions as well.
Enter your audit search criteria and click Submit. The report will display a list of all of the actions that have been performed by workflow:
This includes:
- Execution date & time
- Rule
- Workflow
- Triggering object (with a link to the triggering object)
- Action
- Status
- Triggered by (user)
- Rule ID
- Workflow ID
- Message ID
The Rule ID, Workflow ID and Message ID can be used to help with troubleshooting. Please have these details to hand if you need to contact HighQ support regarding this audit.
As of March 2024, Rule and Workflow IDs are displayed in Rule and Workflow windows.
Showing email recipients
As of version 5.7, you can now view all of the recipients of the automated emails, enabling you to check that your clients have received all of the expected emails.
Once you have performed your audit search, click Send email:
