HighQ solution templates (on the Thomson Reuters marketplace) address the most common needs for a new site. Solution templates are available for a variety of site purposes and requirements and can be imported and configured quickly, avoiding lengthy consultations or trial and error when configuring modules and creating site tools.
Overview
The Thomson Reuters Solution Template marketplace is a hub for templates that you can use to create custom sites quickly and with a minimum of effort.
They include access and configuration for the modules required for the chosen function, configured so that they may be customised with your firm's name and identity, contacts and permissions.
How to download a solution template
In order to download and configure a template, your instance must support both templates and the modules included in the template, and you must know the version number of Collaborate for the sites you create.
You must also have a site prepared that will be used to import the solution template. This can be an existing site, but a new site is recommended to avoid possible conflicts.
Please contact your HighQ representative if you need to check which modules are active on your instance or the versio you are using.
Open the HighQ Solution Templates section of the Marketplace and browse the solution templates.
The details provide a summary, example screenshots and product information. If you have further questions about a template, please click Contact, below the summary.
If the template matches your requirements, click Get, then Download.
If multiple versions of the template are available, make sure you download the version that matches the version of your Collaborate instance.
The downloaded template is stored in an hqa file.
How to add a solution template to a site
Solution templates must first be imported into an existing site by a system or site admin.
In order to import the downloaded template, open the site that will use the template and navigate to Manage templates in the site list dropdown:

Adding a new template
To add a new template, click Add > Import template:
Browse to the downloaded solution template hqa file and select Import. The template is added to the templates list:
You may now Add the template to your site; please see the instructions in Add a new template.
You can export a solution template and question mappings to iSheet columns. You can then import that template into another instance, enabling you to create sites using the Solution Templates where the mappings are already configured for you.
