Legal intake with the Legal tracker integration
HighQ is the ideal platform to manage Legal intake and with our new integration with Legal tracker, it offers a one-stop-shop for all of your legal intake needs from requesting a legal intake to the creation of a Matter.
The Legal Tracker integration manages Legal matter Intake; this handles all steps from requesting a legal intake to the creation of a matter.
A requester (a corporate user or a legal client) can raise an intake request using HighQ iSheets or HighQ Forms as an intake form.
If you use iSheets, the requester must be invited to the HighQ instance in order to raise the intake request.
If you use HighQ Forms, the requester can create anonymous requests or have the ability to self-register and create an intake request.
Once the client has purchased the new integration, the setup is very simple and can be configured by the client themselves by using the system admin interface.
Once enabled and configured, two out-of-box resources become available in the system; a new Solution template called Tracker integrated matter intake (TIMI) and a dedicated system iSheet to map Tracker fields into HighQ.
Once the intake site is set up the requester can raise an intake request which can be reviewed by the approvers. Approvers can then send over an intake request to Legal tracker for the purpose of creating a Legal matter.
A similar setup is required on the Legal tracker side which when configured is able to send the updated information back to HighQ once the Matter has been approved and created in Legal tracker.
