Publisher dashboard templates enable you to create and build ready to use solutions, allowing fast and easy dashboard setup. To enable dashboard templates on your instance, please contact HighQ support.
To access the new publisher dashboard templates section, navigate to your profile dropdown and click Content hub:
The content hub will be displayed. Within the content hub, navigate to Templates > Dashboard templates:
The Dashboard templates screen will be displayed:
Within the Dashboard templates screen, you can Add and Import new templates. Additionally, you can Search and View existing templates.
View existing dashboard templates
To view an existing dashboard template, click the name of the template you wish to view. The template will be displayed:
Here, you can Edit and Add to your template. For more information on configuring and setting up the dashboard, click here. Click Save to save any changes.
Adding a new dashboard template
To add a new dashboard template, click Add within the Dashboard templates screen:
The New template screen will be displayed:
Here, you can create a new dashboard template from scratch. For more information on creating a dashboard, click here.
Importing dashboard templates
In order to import a dashboard template, within the Dashboard templates screen, click Import:
The Import template screen will be displayed:
Here, you can browse for an existing template, that may have been exported from another site. Once you have selected your template, click Upload. The template will then be uploaded to your site, for you to use.
Please note that if you are importing / exporting a dashboard template, some items may need to be changed, such as images, content lists, videos, modules and channel lists etc.
More actions
The more actions options, available within the Dashboard templates screen:
Enables you to Edit, Copy, Export, Archive and Delete existing dashboard templates.
Pre-defined dashboard templates
As of our December 2023 release, we have released pre-defined dashboard templates. This means that our library of pre-built dashboard templates empowers new Publisher clients to hit the ground running with Publisher, unlocking value faster. By leveraging our expert designs instead of starting from scratch, teams can bypass time-consuming development cycles and quickly gain data-driven insights tailored to their needs.

Within the Thomson Reuters marketplace, click the template you want to view:
And if this is the template you want to use, click Get:
This will automatically download the template.
Now you can upload the template to your instance, following the instructions above.
