Detailed release notes and other changes
These tags can help you find changes that are relevant to your user type:
- Users - Changes that are visible and will affect users
- Site admin - Changes that affect the configuration of sites
- System admin - Changes that affect the configuration of the system
- Integration - Changes to the system due to an integration with another Thomson Reuters product that you may have to pay for
- On request - Beta features that have to be switched on or enabled by our support team

AI Hub
HighQ Contract Analysis [no longer available]

Users will now be able to see the review status for files sent to Contract Analysis, enabling quicker and easier progress tracking. (Historically processed files will have a blank file status until they are updated in Contract Analysis, or re-analysed) USERS SITE ADMIN

Two new iSheet columns can now store definitions (that provide additional details from the contract) and the quality of the OCR (which can indicate if the scan quality provides confidence that extractions are accurate) SITE ADMIN

Cloud readiness capabilities
We have two capabilities developed to support readiness for Azure cloud, ensuring that the Public cloud has the same capabilities that we support, in the private cloud setup:
- The ability to upload files larger than 4 GB, which Azure storage supports by breaking down a large file into smaller parts and then combining them server-side
- The ability to restore permanently deleted files within an agreed one-month timescale. This is to align the capabilities we already support in the Private cloud setup
HighQ Forms
- HighQ Forms provide a powerful tool for capturing data from your users and customers. Create your own forms from an iSheet View; apply your own design, layout and headers, then publish the form as a webpage, or as an embedded element SITE ADMIN SYSTEM ADMIN

- Update messages will alert and direct users to update HighQ apps. This includes HighQ Drive, HighQ Stream, HighQ Office Plug-in, and HighQ Doc Auto Plug-in USERS SYSTEM ADMIN

Contract Express Author
- iSheets can now be used as an external table data source, enabling users to look up and pull in existing data to populate questionnaire answers
- The Template Suite Viewer has been enhanced for improved troubleshooting
- A new auto-trim attribute has been introduced for text variables, which enables automatic removal of redundant spaces in questionnaire answers
- We have simplified the process of adding rich edit text variables to templates
Expertise Automation
- Guidance text can now be added to flowcharts based on the values of a text selection variable, enabling support for more complex use cases and a clearer overview of the logic
- New expression editor with predictive text for faster flowchart creation
- Improved user experience when using the dictionary editor
Template management
- The template profile page has been redesigned for easier navigation
- More data included in template reports for a better overview of configuration settings
Questionnaire
- Questionnaire layout has been optimised for various screen sizes and can be used more conveniently with re-sized screens on the desktop or to access from various devices

Files
- We have improved performance when bulk deleting files. This will reduce the time taken to delete large quantities of files by over 95%, enabling a quick and smooth site clean up process USERS
Contract Analysis [no longer available]
- We have introduced 'Next/Previous' functionality to enable users to move between analysed files within the Contract Analysis file viewer, allowing for quicker and easier file review and analysis USERS
- We have streamlined the process when importing iSheet columns during setup with Contract Analysis enabled; you can select metadata to filter the list of fields from a template, and also see the related topic for each field SITE ADMIN SYSTEM ADMIN
- Files that have been processed historically will now have a blank file status until they are updated within Contract Analysis, or are re-analysed USERS

Two-factor authentication
HighQ apps and plug-ins
- HighQ Drive for macOS adds the option to view metadata associated with a synchronised file in Finder USERS

- Our new IP/IT domain now covers intellectual property licences, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret agreements USERS
- We are releasing the beta of our new Self Teach capability for Contract Analysis. Users can now upload and annotate their own contracts to refine existing Thomson Reuters models, or build their own models from scratch ON REQUEST USERS

Legal Tracker - HighQ Integration
- It is now possible to import new fields, including values in drop-down fields, that were added after the initial TIMI iSheet was created INTEGRATIONS SITE ADMIN
Drafting Assistant
- [US Only] Drafting Assistant can now identify Lexis citations in documents and will link them to the equivalent record within Westlaw USERS
HighQ Apps and plug-ins
- It is now mandatory to set a security passcode in HighQ Drive and HighQ Stream on mobile devices USERS
- We have introduced performance improvements to the HighQ office plug-in, improving the site register login when starting up Outlook and improving the recursive download process
Languages
As part of our new quarterly release schedule, we will continue our support for the following languages:

- Spanish
- Japanese
- French Canadian
- Simplified Chinese
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Italian
But please note that these translations will be available around 2 weeks after the initial release, within a maintenance release and will be available to you then.
