HighQ Release Notes for 2024 Q1

Upcoming updates

Updates are released on a monthly schedule. Customer updates are currently planned for these dates:

• 9th of March
• 6th of April
• 4th of May
• 8th of June
• 6th of July

These dates are for the first production updates to customers without UAT/sandbox instances.

March 2024 updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.41 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 2nd-3rd of March, then production deployment will take place over the 16th-17th of March. 

For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.41 will be deployed to production instances over the 9th-10th of March.

Publisher 5.7.32 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 2nd-3rd of March, then production deployment will take place over the 16th-17th of March.

March updates simplify access to Contract Express questionnaires, smooth Workflow troubleshooting, and improve onboarding with HighQ Publisher.

Contract Express

• Empower admin users with the convenience of creating shareable links to launch questionnaires from any location eliminating the need to go directly to a specific site for the questionnaire but can be added to a navigation element or a dashboard instead

Workflow

• Improved experience for troubleshooting with easier access to rule and workflow IDs

Performance and security improvements

Publisher

• Important HighQ Publisher security upgrades such as Veracode and Struts to ensure security is paramount
• Performance improvements include x2 faster accessing the content to include in the daily/weekly/monthly emails

February 2024 updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.39 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 3-4th of February, then production deployment will take place over the 17-18th of February. 

For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.39 will be deployed to production instances over the 10-11th of February.

February updates bring you easy access to one-click approvals, improved control of form submissions, and chart sorting preferences.

One-click approval in Outlook for streamlined contract management

• One-click approvals are now active for all instances

Ability to set attachments as mandatory field on an iSheets form

• You can now make an Attachment column mandatory, ensuring iSheet forms are submitted with the required attachment

Customise chart sorting preferences

• Admins can now customise chart sorting preferences in dashboards to provide a more dynamic view of the data

Performance and security improvements

Files

• Links in exported PDFs now correctly link to the URL specified in the original document

HighQ Forms

• HighQ Forms can now follow the currency or number format set by number and calculation columns

Defining chart sorting preferences & Data visualisation performance

As a component of our modernisation efforts, the data visualisation panel will now utilise the iSheet API to retrieve data. Consequently, the incorporation of the following two features is anticipated: 

1. Improvement of the data visualisation panels performance by up to four times

2. Administrators will now have the ability to define chart sorting preferences during the chart setup process, rather than being reliant on iSheet views for sorting. This will enhance efficiency in chart configuration, especially when managing multiple charts.

Please ensure you update to API v18 to support the currency symbol and thousands format.

January 2024 updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.37 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 6-7th of January, then production deployment will take place over the 20-21st of January. 

For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.37 will be deployed to production instances over the 13-14th of January.

January updates bring you easy access to request dates and requestors for approvals and add multiple recipients for Adobe Acrobat Sign requests.

Manage sent and received requests more effectively 

• Filter and sort your received requests by request date or requestor in the My approvals screen
• Speed up your signature process with Adobe Acrobat Sign by sending a request for eSignatures to multiple recipients

Give registered users easier access to intake forms in HighQ Forms

• Registered users may now complete public access intake forms, as anonymous users, without logging out or having access to the intake iSheet

Activate your workflow processes more efficiently with updated notifications

• New notifications allow you to easily activate the parent workflow when a rule is activated

Performance and security improvements

Files

• Improvements to encryption with Adobe Acrobat Sign and DocuSign

Search

• API-based search is now enabled by default for all instances
