Updates are released on a monthly schedule. Customer updates are currently planned for these dates:

December 2023 updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, December 2023 Collaborate 5.7.35 updates will be applied to sandbox/UAT instances over the 2nd-3rd of December, then production deployment will take place over the 16th/17th of December.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.35 will be deployed to production instances over the 9th-10th of December.

December updates bring you the new Doc Auto report and Salesforce add-in.
Easier access to understand the use of HighQ Doc Auto templates
- Measure the success of your templates and make informed decisions for greater efficiency and productivity with the new Doc auto templates report
Sync records between Salesforce and HighQ with the Salesforce add-in
- The Salesforce Add-in eliminates the need to manually replicate records across Salesforce and in HighQ, giving easier access to HighQ tools to your Salesforce accounts
End-to-end transaction management through the Dealcloser integration with HighQ
- The Dealcloser integration allows you to close a transaction in Dealcloser, share contact details, share closing binders with HighQ, and perform end-to-end transaction management in HighQ

Filter content within the content report
- The new Select sort filter allows administrators to select how they sort content, reducing administrative burden and improving reporting relevance. You will be able to filter by: Publish date, Last edited date, Content title, Module name and Author
Prevent errors by ensuring content cannot be auto-archived on a date in the past
- You will no longer be able to select a date in the past as the date you want to auto-archive content on, reducing errors and administrative time
Manage languages as a system administrator instead of relying on Thomson Reuters
- We have introduced the ability for administrators to manage language changes within Publisher. This means that you will no longer have to rely on Thomson Reuters to make specific language changes for your instance and enables your own system administrators to make changes across any languages you are using
Quick access to Publisher through pre-defined dashboard templates
- Our library of pre-built dashboard templates empowers new Publisher clients to hit the ground running with Publisher, unlocking value faster. By leveraging our expert designs instead of starting from scratch, teams can bypass time-consuming development cycles and quickly gain data-driven insights tailored to their needs
Content access report publish date
- The publish date will now be included within the content access report. This will help administrators determine if articles are still relevant and/or accessed months or years after their creation to see if the content is still relevant, or if the content should be archived from the system
Removing formatting in the Summary/abstract field
- The Summary/Abstract field when creating content will now have the 'Remove format' option, similar to the Main content field
Restarting the content preference email job
- We know reliable delivery is vital for your high-volume content emails and while we aim to prevent any issues, we're now empowering our support team to respond if a job cancellation or interruption happens without the need to restart the servers. So if a daily, weekly or monthly preference job ever fails mid-way, our support team can promptly restart the batch to ensure no subscriber misses content. Please contact the support team with the frequency and timeframe details if partial failures ever occur and they can swiftly re-trigger the job to get all intended emails sent

November 2023 updates
Overview
For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, November 2023 Collaborate 5.7.33 updates will be applied to sandbox/UAT instances over the 28th-29th of October, then production deployment will take place over the 11th-12th of November.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.33 will be deployed to production instances over the 4th-5th of November.

Elevate task management with task cloning
You can now save time with task duplication in the hierarchy view, removing the need to recreate similar tasks.
Streamline approvals with Microsoft Teams One-click Approval feature
You can now approve files directly from Microsoft Teams with the new Thomson Reuters Legal Communications Hub app, allowing for an uninterrupted workflow experience.
Flexible deletion of iSheet records
You can now choose to delete records permanently when items are in the Deleted items view.
Improved number formats in data visualisation
You can choose to see the exact value of large numbers for more accurate impressions from your visualisations. Number formatting in data viz panels can follow the number format defined in the iSheet column.
Quicker search results
Choose to limit initial search results for quicker turn-around.
Manage tasks and search in HighQ Drive for mobile
View your tasks in HighQ Drive for Android and iOS and change task status on the move, and find documents from any folder on any of your sites with the new browse search box.

October 2023 updates
Overview
HighQ October 2023 Collaborate 5.7.31 updates will be applied to customer-facing sandbox/UAT instances over the weekend of the 7th/8th of October, with production deployments taking place from the weekend of the 14th/15th of October onwards.

We’re excited to announce a brand-new online community experience called the LegalTech Community, replacing the current Client Community. This is your new, go-to destination to learn insider tips, network with your peers, and share your knowledge. Existing Community users can activate their account and new users can create an account.

October updates bring you time savings and several enhancements to iSheets.
New number and currency formatting
Users can now display symbols for currencies such as $, £, €, and ¥, in number and calculation columns. and display either a dot or comma as a thousands separator, ensuring users can work with data in their preferred format.
Please ensure you update to API v18 to support the currency symbol and thousands format.
Auto-increment columns added as 'joined column' type
You can now link iSheet records with joins to unique IDs from auto-increment columns.
Deleted Items view improvements
An admin can now specify whether the Deleted items view should be displayed for a particular iSheet, ensuring sensitive information is better protected.
Custom view improvements
Users can now only access authorised columns when creating a new custom view.
Improved iSheet Quick Search functionality
The iSheet Quick search now only searches the currently displayed columns and records when the user initiates a search, delivering faster, more relevant results.
Improved performance of iSheets containing images in choice columns
A new cache reduces image load times to seconds, ensuring proper and quick display of all multiple-choice column images.
Reduce time linking Tasks and Documents when managing documents related to checklists
Users can now upload Task attachments directly to a folder in the Files module instead of the Attachments section, and a site admin can set different folder locations for each task list.
More relevant notifications when you send a document for signature
A site admin can register users with Adobe Acrobat Sign so users can receive status notifications from Adobe Acrobat Sign, and can also turn off HighQ signature notifications so they do not duplicate messages sent by DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign.
More flexible search options
A system admin can now enable, disable and reorder the tabs in federated search for a more focused search experience.
Avoid unintended loss of work in Home Dashboards
You are now prompted to save your changes when you navigate away from the Home Dashboards edit page.
Faster content consumption with System Dashboards
As you scroll through dashboard content, additional content is progressively loaded as you navigate, leading to faster loading times and improved efficiency.
More control over site creation and templates
When you create or edit a site, site categories have been renamed to site purposes with additional functionality providing greater control and management options.

- 'Adeptol workfile caching' is now ON by default
- Documents and folders without permissions are now retrieved almost 3x faster
- Pending email and message documents are now retrieved more than twice as fast
