View file and folder metadata iSheets

You may view file and folder metadata iSheets in the iSheets module. This will allow you to view all the files (or folders) independent of their folder structure and to use the Advanced search to interrogate the data further based on their metadata.

From the iSheets module, select the relevant file or folder metadata iSheet. You may select any of the configured views, sort the data by clicking the column names, and run either quick searches or Advanced searches. 

For file metadata iSheets, click the file name to view the file in the viewer directly from the iSheets module. Click on the pencil icon in the iSheets module to edit the metadata in the file viewer.

Smart folders

A Smart folder is a virtual collection of files from different locations. A query determines which files are listed in the Smart folder. Click the folder to see the list of files that match the defined criteria.
