Please carefully read through these combined release notes for Collaborate and Publisher and be sure to test out the new features in the sandbox environment, when it's made available in the next few weeks. You're also invited to watch the on-demand webinar, What's new in HighQ 5.5, to see a live demonstration of the new features and capabilities.

HighQ's Support Team will contact existing customers in the coming weeks to let you know about your scheduled update to the new version. When you update, you will be able to use and access the capabilities of the platform that you have previously licensed. Contact your Client Manager about enabling any of the new features on your instance.

Detailed release notes and other changes

Release-Note-Keys

  • Users - Changes that are visible and will affect users 
  • Site admin - Changes that affect the configuration of sites
  • System admin - Changes that affect the configuration of the system
  • Integration - Changes to the system due to an integration with another Thomson Reuters product that you may have to pay for
  • On request - Beta features that have to be switched on or enabled by our support team

Events

  • You can now set up recurring events on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. This will also support subscribed and imported recurring events from third-party services and will be reflected in Outlook. USERS SITE ADMIN

Admin

  • We have introduced the ability to bulk import users from a CSV or Excel file, enabling the quick import of many users into HighQ. SITE ADMIN
  • We have introduced a new user type, the Basic User, which has been introduced for corporate legal teams. This new user will have an integral role within the internal organisation, but with limited permissions compared to an internal user. SITE ADMIN SYSTEM ADMIN
  • We have released two features that will enable System administrators to control how a Solution template is shared and whether further templates can be created from the original Solution template. Contact your account manager for more information on these features. SYSTEM ADMIN

Tasks

  • We have introduced the new hierarchy view which can be used for complex cases and matters where tasks are broken down into more detail. USERS
  • You can now break down lists into sub-lists to categorise the tasks and sub-tasks within them for better project management. SITE ADMIN
  • You can now create templates of your tasks in the Tasks module and reuse them across sites, saving hours of set-up time. Task templates are saved and managed at the system level and can be added for use in each site. USERS SITE ADMIN
